Introduction By entering the BeMoto x SportsBikeShop Retail Voucher Competition (“the Competition”), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The Competition is free to enter and run by BeMoto with the aim of rewarding participants while gathering customer insights. The Competition will run from 1st April 2025 until 1st January 2026. 2. Eligibility 2.1. The Competition is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 and over. 2.2. Employees of BeMoto, its affiliates, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. 2.3. The Competition is void where prohibited by law. 3. Entry Process 3.1. Participants must enter the Competition by completing the designated online entry form on the BeMoto website. 3.2. Entrants will not be automatically re-entered into the competition for subsequent monthly prize draws. Entrants will need to submit their details via the entry form, each month, to remain eligible for the draw. 3.3. The entry window for each draw will commence on the 1st of the month and cease on the final working day of the same month, allowing a full calendar month for entrants to participate. 3.4. Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified. 3.5. Entries must include valid contact details and, where applicable, insurance renewal dates. 3.6. No purchase or any form of payment is necessary to enter. 4. Competition Prizes 4.1. The prize will be detailed in the promotional material available on BeMoto’s website and any supporting marketing material circulated through email and social media. 4.2. The prize applicable to this competition is retail vouchers to the value of £100 provided by our affiliate, SportsBikeShop Ltd. There are three vouchers available to be won. 4.3. Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered unless stated otherwise. 4.4. Where necessary, BeMoto reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value if circumstances dictate. 4.5. The prize is subject to change at BeMoto’s or SportsBikeShop’s discretion at any time. Both BeMoto and SportsBikeShop commit to providing a reasonable notice period should this be necessary. 5. Winner Selection and Notification 5.1. The winner will be chosen randomly using an impartial, random number generator publicly provided by Google LLC. 5.2. The draw for the winner will take place on the first Wednesday of every month, as communicated in the promotional material. 5.3. The winner for the previous month will be announced on the 1st of the month and will be notified via the contact details provided. Entrants will need to allow a reasonable timeframe of maximum 7 days from the date of the draw to be announced. 5.4. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, an alternative winner may be selected. 6. Data Protection 6.1. By entering, participants consent to allow BeMoto to collect and process their personal data for the purpose of administering this Competition and we may contact you in the future about our products and services. 6.2. BeMoto will never sell your information to third parties for marketing purposes. BeMoto may use the personal data collected through this competition to contact you about any future promotions such as: competitions, prize draws and free give-aways. 7. General Terms 7.1. BeMoto reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Competition at any time providing a reasonable amount of notice is given to entrants. 7.2. BeMoto and their relevant affiliate’s decision regarding all Competition matters is final. 7.3. By entering, participants agree to reasonable publicity in relation to the Competition (e.g., name, geographic location, photographs/videos, announcement of winners).
