Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction By entering our monthly prize draw (“the Competition”), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The Competition is free to enter and run by BeMoto, designed to reward participants and collect customer insights. The Competition will run on a monthly basis, with the entry period and prize details announced via BeMoto’s social media channels and website each month. 2. Eligibility 2.1. The Competition is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 and over. 2.2. Employees of BeMoto, its affiliates, promotional partners, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. 2.3. The Competition is void where prohibited by law. 3. Entry Process 3.1. Participants must enter the Competition by completing the designated online entry form hosted on the BeMoto website. 3.2. Entries are not carried forward. A new entry must be submitted each month to be eligible for that month’s prize draw. 3.3. The entry window will open on the 1st of the month and close on the final working day of the same month, unless otherwise stated. 3.4. Only one entry per person per month is allowed. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. 3.5. Entries must include valid contact details and, where requested, information such as insurance renewal dates. 3.6. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter. 4. Competition Prizes 4.1. The prize will be announced in promotional materials published by BeMoto, including via email, website, and social media channels. 4.2. The nature and value of the prize may vary monthly and may be supplied by a third-party sponsor or partner. 4.3. There is one prize bundle available to win each month, unless otherwise stated. 4.4. Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be provided unless explicitly stated. 4.5. BeMoto reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value at its discretion if necessary. 4.6. The prize may be subject to change by BeMoto or its prize partners. Where possible, reasonable notice will be given. 5. Winner Selection and Notification 5.1. The winner will be selected at random using an impartial random number generator. 5.2. The draw will typically take place on the first Wednesday of the following month and will be confirmed in promotional materials. 5.3. Winners will be notified using the contact details provided during entry. Please allow up to 7 days from the draw date for notification. 5.4. If the selected winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, an alternative winner may be selected. 6. Data Protection 6.1. By entering, participants agree to the collection and processing of their personal data by BeMoto for the purposes of administering the Competition and related marketing. 6.2. BeMoto will not sell your personal information to third parties however your data may be shared with trusted sponsors and partners associated with the prize draws as specified on the appropriate advertising pages and materials for marketing purposes. 6.3. Your data may be used to inform you of future BeMoto promotions, competitions, prize draws, or giveaways as well as marketing material of any Third Party sponsor or partner. 7. General Terms 7.1. BeMoto reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the Competition with reasonable notice. 7.2. The decision of BeMoto and its partners regarding any aspect of the Competition is final and binding. 7.3. By entering, participants agree to the use of their name, general location, and images/videos for reasonable promotional purposes should they win.
