Introduction 1. By entering the BeMoto x BikeWorld Motorcycle Track Day Experience Competition (“the Competition”), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 2. The Competition is free to enter and run by BeMoto with the aim of rewarding participants while gathering customer insights. 3. The Competition will run from 1st April 2026 until 30th June 2026. Definitions 4. The Competition (or “The Promotion”): The “BeMoto x BikeWorld Motorcycle Track Day Experience Competition”. 5. The Promoters: BeMoto (a trading name of Moto Broking Limited) and BikeWorld Ltd. 6. Entrant: An individual that enters the Competition and who meets the Eligibility Criteria and adheres to the Entry Process stipulations outlined in this Terms and Conditions document. 7. Winner: An entrant randomly selected via an impartial number generator who successfully passes an Eligibility Audit and Suitability Assessment. 8. The Prize: A package including track time at Castle Combe accompanied by Chris Northover of BikeWorld, potential equipment loans, insurance contributions, and merchandise. 9. Castle Combe: The designated racing circuit where the track day experience will be conducted. 10. Eligibility Audit: The process of manually verifying the Winner’s age, residency, and motorcycle license status (including a DVLA check code). 11. Suitability Assessment: A multi-stage vetting process conducted by the Promoters to verify that the Winner possesses the necessary physical capability, mental aptitude, and technical proficiency required for track riding. 12. Track Day Damage Insurance: Cover for Track Day Accident Damage to your road or track bike during single or multi-day motorcycle track day events on UK and European circuits. 13. Track Day Injury Cover: Tax-free lump sums for certain fractures, permanent total disablement or death following an accident during single event motorcycle track days on UK and European circuits. 14. Underwriting Criteria: The individual circumstances and risk assessments used by the Insurer (via TDA Services) to determine if they can provide an insurance quote or cover. Eligibility 15. The Competition is open to permanent residents of the United Kingdom aged 21 and over. 16. Entrants must hold a valid Full A UK motorcycle license (or equivalent) or a ACU Race License. 17. Employees of BeMoto, its affiliates, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. 18. The Competition is void where prohibited by law. Entry Process 19. Entrants must enter the Competition by completing the designated online entry form on the BeMoto website. 20. Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries from the same individual may result in disqualification. 21. Any attempt to tamper with the entry process, submit entries on behalf of others, or act in an unsportsmanlike manner will result in disqualification. 22. Entries must include valid contact details and, where applicable, additional requested profiling information which may include but are not limited to: insurance renewal date(s), types of motorcycle(s) owned, previous riding experience. 23. No purchase or any form of payment is necessary to enter. Competition Prizes 24. The Prizes incorporated in the Motorcycle Track Day Experience are: 24.1. A full day session of track time at the Castle Combe Race Circuit (or equivalent where adjustment is necessary). 24.2. At BikeWorld’s discretion, a 2026 Yamaha YZF-R9 motorcycle (owned and provided by BikeWorld Ltd) may be made available to the Winner for the duration of the track day, subject to prior approval and Suitability Assessment. 24.3. Where necessary, regulation-standard protective gear, including a race suit, gloves, boots, and crash helmet, may be loaned to the Winner for the duration of the event, subject to BeMoto’s final approval. 24.4. The opportunity to ride on-track with Chris Northover of BikeWorldTV. 24.5. BikeWorldTV merchandise goodie bag to a maximum retail value of £150.00. 24.6. Photo and video package provided by BeMoto. 24.7. A maximum contribution of £30.00 towards the cost of lunch at the Café H Bar. 24.8. A maximum refund of up to £250.00 for a pre-purchased TDA Services Motorcycle Trackday Damage Insurance policy. 24.9. A maximum refund of up to £100.00 for a pre-purchased TDA Services Personal Injury Insurance policy. 25. The Prize will be detailed in the promotional material available on BeMoto’s website and any supporting marketing material circulated through email and social media. 26. Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered unless stated otherwise. 27. Where necessary, BeMoto reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another of equivalent value if circumstances dictate. 28. The Prize is subject to change at BeMoto’s or BikeWorld’s discretion at any time. Both BeMoto and SportsBikeShop commit to providing a reasonable notice period should this be necessary. Winner Selection and Notification 29. The Winner will be chosen randomly using an impartial, random number generator publicly provided by Google LLC. 30. The draw for the Winner (including the selection of two reserves) will take place between 01 July and 17 July 2026, as communicated in the promotional material. 31. The Winner for the previous month will be announced within the window stipulated within point 30 and will be notified via the contact details they have provided. 32. Entrants will need to allow a reasonable timeframe of maximum 14 days from the date of the draw to be announced. 33. If the Winner does not respond within 14 days of initial contact, an alternative Winner may be selected. 34. The Winner must pass an Eligibility Audit, including a DVLA license check. Data Protection 35. By entering, participants consent to allow BeMoto to collect and process their personal data for the purpose of administering this Competition and we may contact you in the future about our products, services, exclusive offers and news. 36. No Guarantee of Quote: While insurance is a pillar of the Prize, BeMoto and TDA Services cannot guarantee an insurance quote for future services, as these are subject to individual underwriting criteria. 37. Entrants agree to the Privacy Policies of BeMoto Motorbike Insurance, TDA Services, and BikeWorld. These entities may contact entrants via email or phone to offer related services or promote related products. 38. BeMoto will never sell your information to third parties for marketing purposes. BeMoto may use the personal data collected through this competition to contact you about any future promotions such as: Prize draws, newsletters, promotional emails and exclusive rider rewards. Insurance and Liabilities 39. By participating, the Winner acknowledges the inherent risks of track riding and agrees that they are responsible for any costs or damages not covered by the specified insurance policy limits. 40. While insurance is a pillar of the Prize, BeMoto and TDA Services cannot guarantee an insurance quote for future services, as these are subject to individual underwriting criteria. 41. BeMoto will provide a contribution of up to £250.00 toward the cost of a Track Day Damage Insurance policy provided by TDA Services. Any premium costs exceeding this maximum contribution remain the sole responsibility of the Winner. 42. All insurance cover is subject to individual circumstances and the specific underwriting acceptance criteria of TDA Services. BeMoto cannot guarantee that a quote or policy will be issued if the Winner does not meet these criteria. 43. While BeMoto and TDA Services aim to provide “total peace of mind” through the provision of insurance contributions, the Promoters (BeMoto, TDA Services, and BikeWorld) accept no personal liability for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property sustained during the event. General Terms 44. BeMoto reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Competition at any time providing a reasonable amount of notice is given to entrants. 45. BeMoto and their relevant affiliate’s decision regarding all Competition matters is final. 46. By entering, participants agree to reasonable publicity in relation to the Competition (e.g., name, geographic location, photographs/videos, announcement of Winners).
