Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By completing a relevant Qualifying Transaction and claiming a Bobblehead image or T-Shirt (“Reward”), you agree you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
Reward Claim Process:
- Simply provide a valid email address when you complete a Qualifying Quote.
- Once we have validated your Qualifying Quote, we will pass your contact details to Moto Bobblehead who will contact you to obtain your chosen image to be Bobbleheaded.
- You must provide your chosen image to Moto Bobblehead by replying to their email and confirming your name, address and contact number within the timescales above ("Reward Claim").
After 30-days following a Qualifying Purchase, we will notify Moto Bobblehead who will arrange the T-Shirt printing and delivery to the address provided on your insurance policy.

Terms and Conditions:
- These terms and conditions apply to the Moto Bobblehead image and T-shirt reward offer (“the Promotion”)
- The promoter of the Promotion is BeMoto, which is a trading name of Moto Broking Limited (Company Number 09676058), whose registered office is at Ruthlyn House, 90 Lincoln Road, Peterborough, PE1 2SP (“the Promoter”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”).
- To be eligible for a Reward you must be a resident in the UK and aged 16 years or over (excluding Our employees, third parties involved in the Promotion and their families) and have completed a relevant Qualifying Transaction.
- The reward offer (“the Reward”) consists of a single Bobblehead image for a relevant motorcycle or quad bike insurance quote, including SORN and non-road insurance products, by calling Us on 01733 907000* (“Qualifying Quote”) and a subsequent T-Shirt printed and delivered to you with that same image on, where that Qualifying Quote is purchased within 30-days (“Qualifying Purchase”). Together “Qualifying Transactions”.
- The Promotion will run monthly at the discretion of the Promoter until such time as the Promotion is closed (“the Closing Date”). Qualifying Transactions completed and Reward Claims received after the Closing Date will be honoured for up to 60-days from the Closing Date. You will not be able claim a Reward unless your Qualifying Transaction makes you eligible to claim.
- You must confirm your details and claim your Reward within 60-days of your Qualifying Transaction. You will no longer be eligible to claim a Reward after this time. If you fail to complete your Qualifying Transaction or you cancel your policy within 30-days you will not be eligible for a Reward. A T-shirt will not be issued for a Qualifying Purchase until 30-days have passed.
- To claim your Reward, simply ensure you provide a valid email address when you complete a Qualifying Quote. Once we have validated your Qualifying Quote, we will pass your contact details to Moto Bobblehead who will contact you to obtain your chosen image to be Bobbleheaded. You must provide your chosen image to Moto Bobblehead by replying to their email and confirming your name, address and contact number within the timescales above ("Reward Claim"). After 30-days following a Qualifying Purchase, we will notify Moto Bobblehead who will arrange the T-Shirt printing and delivery to the address provided on your insurance policy.
- Fulfilment of your Reward may be affected by factors beyond our control and so delivery cannot be guaranteed within a reasonable timeframe after your Reward has been validated.
- We accept no responsibility for incomplete Reward Claims or Reward Claims not properly received due to technical, communication or other problems. Proof of completion of the Reward Claim is not proof of receipt.
- Only one Reward can be applied to a Qualifying Transaction per household. You will not be able to claim multiple Rewards under this Promotion.
- This Reward cannot be claimed in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
- Rewards are provided by Moto Bobblehead and We cannot guarantee that the quality of the image or the size, colour, material, quality and/or appearance of the T-shirts will meet your needs or expectations. Any sizes quoted are approximate. All Rewards are subject to Moto Bobbleheads usual website, service and merchandise terms & conditions found at www.motobobblehead.com
- The Reward is not transferable, does not have a cash-in value and will not be exchanged for an alternative.
- We reserve the right, in Our sole discretion, to disqualify or exclude any individual for inappropriate behaviour including but not limited to:
- tampering with the Reward Claim process, (including exceeding the numbers of claims allowed), or any other process which, in Our opinion, in any way affects the fairness of the Promotion;
- tampering with the operation of the Promotion or Our website Promoter or violating the terms of service, conditions of use and/or general rules or guidelines on Our website;
- acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person;
- submitting entries on behalf of another individual; or
- any conduct which would put other entrants at an unfair disadvantage.
- Moto Bobblehead may use your personal data submitted as a Reward Claim to send you newsletters and contact you about their products and services that may be of interest to you, or for market research. They will not sell or pass your personal information to any third parties for marketing purposes.
- Claimants may be required to take part in reasonable publicity in connection with the Promotion, including the publication of their names, geographic location and Bobblehead image.
- We accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Promotion or accepting the Reward.
- We shall not be liable for any failure to comply with Our obligations where the failure is caused by something beyond Our reasonable control, or that of a third party providing the Reward.
- We shall not be liable for any additional expenses incurred by the claimant in connection with the Reward.
