Cash Back Terms and Conditions

To celebrate reaching 20,000 followers on our BeMoto Facebook page we are offering £20 Cash Back for all successful new annual insurance policies purchased direct from BeMoto by phone from 14th November until end of 2018 (31st December).

The Cash Back Reward is subject to T&Cs below, including a definition of "successful", so please read them carefully. It's not to trip you up, it's to ensure you understand what's required to qualify and when you will receive your Reward.

Terms and Conditions:

1. These terms and conditions apply to the £20.00 Cash Back offer (“the Reward” or "Promotion").
2. The promoter of the Reward is BeMoto, which is a trading name of Moto Broking Limited (Company Number 09676058), whose registered office is at Ruthlyn House, 90 Lincoln Road, Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, England, PE1 2SP (“the Promoter”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”).
3. The Reward is only open to UK residents (excluding Our employees, third parties involved in the Promotion and their families).
4. The Promotion will run from 14/11/2018 until 23:59 hours on 31/12/2018 (“the Closing Date”). Policies purchased after the Closing Date will not qualify for the Reward.
5. Customers eligible for a Reward following a successful purchase will be refunded £20.00 within 45 days of qualifying for the Reward, which is non-negotiable, not transferable and is non-exchangeable.
6. Only one Reward per customer.
7. You do not need to submit a claim your Reward.
8. This Promotion is available to new customers who mention this offer whilst obtaining an annual insurance quote with BeMoto by phone and purchase the policy between the Promotion dates. For the avoidance of doubt, an annual policy has an end date 12-months after the start date (i.e. not single trip travel insurance or monthly injury plans).
9. The customer must not have had an active insurance policy with BeMoto in a 2 month period prior to purchasing their policy to be eligible for the Reward.
10. The customer’s annual insurance policy must still be active 31 days after the policy start date with the initial instalment or full policy premium successfully paid to be eligible for the Reward.
11. The Reward will be credited back to the original debit or credit card used to pay for a policy in full, or credited to a finance instalment plan to reduce future direct debit payments.
12. This Reward cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and may only be used once per customer.
13. We reserve the right to withdraw this Promotion if, in our judgement, the Reward is being abused. We also reserve the right to change or amend the Reward and the structure of the Promotion at any time. Any decision made by BeMoto with regards to this Promotion is final.
